Tat is a mediation practitioner based in Singapore. He has mediated and advocated in over 800 mediated cases in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam and the United Kingdom. Thara Gopalan is Vice President of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the international division of the American Arbitration Association, which is one of the largest international arbitration and mediation institutions in the world. She oversees the ICDR’s Asia Case Management Centre, and recruits and maintains the highest qualified panel of neutrals across Asia. She is also an experienced commercial disputes attorney, who has acted as counsel (led and unled) on novel points of law and bet-the-company disputes at all levels of the Singapore courts and in international and domestic commercial arbitrations, across numerous industries.

Steven Andersen oversees global mediation and dispute resolution for ICDR®, organizing over 25 international conferences and leading numerous training programs. He has pioneered key initiatives like the concurrent arbitration/mediation model and cybersecurity best practices. Appointed by the U.S. State Department, he co-chairs the USMCA Advisory Committee’s mediation subcommittee.

Svetlana Gitman serves as the Division Vice President of Business Development and Outreach at the American Arbitration Association – International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR). In this role, she directs outreach and development efforts across all divisions and sectors. Throughout her tenure at the AAA-ICDR, Svetlana has held numerous roles, including managing large, complex cases, recruiting panel members, serving on various internal committees, and leading business development and outreach initiatives.
