Adriana Uson, Director & Head (Americas) at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), oversees SIAC’s initiatives across the Americas. In 2020, she led the establishment SIAC’s first office outside Asia in New York.

With over a decade in dispute resolution, she has been a disputes lawyer at a global firm, arbitrator, and institutional representative, administering hundreds of cases and assisting in drafting multiple versions of the SIAC Rules.

Adriana represents SIAC at UNCITRAL Working Groups and is a Fellow of the Singapore Institutes of Arbitrators.

Cynthia Randall is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Litigation at Microsoft, where she oversees commercial and IP litigation, regulatory investigations and international arbitrations. Cindy has 33 years of complex litigation experience, including in-house roles at Verizon and Cigna, and law firm experience with Dechert LLP and Saul Ewing LLP. Cindy is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She serves on Microsoft’s Pro Bono Steering Committee, the Class Action Committee of Lawyers for Civil Justice, the Liability Reform Committee of the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center, and the Council of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR).

Gabriel serves as Principal Assistant Registrar for disputes under the jurisdiction of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS). His work spans adjudication, policy initiatives to strengthen Singapore’s position as a hub for IP and technology dispute resolution, and related legislative reform. Prior to joining IPOS, he spent five years in IP litigation at a leading Singapore law firm. Gabriel is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law, where he co-teaches “IP Arbitration”, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb)

Serena K. Lee is President & CEO of the International Center for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), a New York-based nonprofit think tank dedicated to helping corporations, counsel, academics and neutrals prevent and resolve legal disputes effectively.

Before joining CPR, she held leadership roles at JAMS and the American Arbitration Association. She earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and completed mediation certification through its Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution.

A New York-barred attorney, she has served in leadership roles with ABA dispute resolution groups, CalArb, NAPABA and other legal organisations.

Stephen Townley is a solicitor, FCIArb, international arbitrator and mediator with JAMS, WIPO, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. With a 45-year career spanning IP, sport, entertainment, and intangible asset management (IAM), he has led teams in multimillion-dollar arbitrations, where the transaction involved rights fees of more than a billion dollars, he has resolved multi-party cross-border disputes, and advised rights holders from the NFL and FIFA to Royal Ascot. On IAM, he is chairman of the IAM management consultancy ARM, which was part of the winning consortium for advising the Singapore Sports Hub. Previously, he sat on the board of Singapore’s largest sport business, World Sport Football, before it became part of Sportfive, and was also a Foreign Law Consultant to Rajah & Tann and Withers KhattarWong, Singapore and is currently Special Counsel Sport and Entertainment at IAMStobbs.

Jia Yi is a Partner in the Intellectual Property Practice and Technology Disputes Practice at Allen & Gledhill. She practises in commercial litigation and international arbitration, with a focus on contentious IP matters. She was named Intellectual Property Lawyer of the Year at the Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific & China Awards 2026.

Jia Yi graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2011. She is currently Honorary Treasurer and Co-Chairperson of the Young Practitioners Network of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. She serves on the IP Court Users’ Committee of the Supreme Court and IP Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore.
