by Young International Arbitration and Mediation Centre
28 August, Friday
09:00 - 11:00
Drew & Napier
State-owned entities continue to play a significant role in cross-border investment and commercial activity, particularly across Asia and the Middle East. As their participation in international commerce grows, so too does the complexity of disputes involving state-affiliated parties. This panel will explore the evolving legal and practical issues arising in disputes involving state-owned entities, including strategic considerations, procedural challenges and emerging trends in international arbitration. The session will bring together practitioners from different jurisdictions to share practical perspectives and encourage discussion among young arbitration professionals.
