Cross-Border Risk in a Climate-Stressed World

by AAA-ICDR Asia Case Management Centre

26 August, Wednesday

15:00 - 17:00

AAA-ICDR Asia Case Management Centre

Climate stress is no longer simply an ESG issue. It is reshaping critical infrastructure, sovereign behavior, supply chains, and the allocation of commercial risk across borders. Our discussion will explore how technology is becoming a strategically significant asset, and how disputes are emerging around infrastructure resilience, resource nationalism, supply chain disruption, and long-term contracting in an increasingly climate-constrained world.
